I have this older woodcut hollowing tool, 1/2" shaft. The cutter looks like it hasn't really ever been sharpened. Shaft isn't suer straight, but I'm not sure whether it's supposed to be? Venmo preferred

It was called the 'Shepid Loop' and was one of the first hollowing cutters. They were used on straight, slightly bent and swan's neck bars. I still occasionally use mine.
