WTB Colt Maxi Cut Forstner 1” bit

Well, I trashed my 1 inch Forstner bit that I have the Morse taper extension for so I’m looking for a replacement. If anybody happens to have one, there may be a spirit that they’re willing to part with I’d be very interested in buying it. Thank you.

Taylor tools bought the remaining stock and now does not even show on a search. I dropped my bit and broke the stem so I sold both extensions. I found a new bit at Taylor and now have no extension so will make do as the bit is wider than the chuck I use it in. Good luck on finding one. I have wondered if a machinist could grind the slots in regular bit?

I can’t find one either. I hadn’t thought of finding a machinist to do one, but the town I live in has probably several hundred machinists and a few world-class offshore fabrication facilities. So maybe if I bring one of the others that could do something like that
