The photo shows this adaptor mounted to the faceplate.....this is an appeal for the adaptor only,
but if you have the faceplate as well......we can discuss both.

If you have one of these adaptors, with or without a faceplate for it, and are not using it, let me
know....thank you very much. If you have both, I'll buy them both.....either way is ok. :)

If you already have one (or made drawings) you might be able to get a local machine shop to make one. The machining looks simple and the threads are easy to cut.
