1948 Goncalo Alves.

Completed 11/15/22, original turning block was 14% MC and 6" x 2". After roughing without anchorseal, the roughed bowl took a total of 5 months to stabilize. 5 3/4" x 1 13/16", 4.2 oz, sanded to 1500gt, Watco Danish Oil natural, Beall 3-step buffed. Sold for $99 on 1/28/23.

I always (who am I kidding, almost always) wear a mask Odie; I also donated my Goncolo Alves to the local college! I run an area fan in the shop to clear the air. Most of these air quality improvements were done as a result of this wood!! I had many boards of 12/4 and 8/4 stock; it was a nice score for them.
