'Aged to Perfection'

This maple burl bowl was inlayed with copper, coated with black milk paint with copper dust, burnished and aged. 'RESTORED FROM THE DEPTHS OF TIME'
Thank you for the kind words Bill. I love experimenting with differant surface treatrments.I spend more time on that than the actual turning. The large copper patches are where voids were in the wood and was a real challenge.
