The Ebony Pedestal and Finial are fashioned after Robin Costelle's work. This piece measures 2-1/2" dia. x 11-3/4" tall. Finished with antique oil and buffed. The lid does have a slight dome to it.

Probably one of the best pedestals I've seen. The entire piece is spectacular but the pedestal goes beyond that for me.
