Avacado box with thread form

Turned from a street tree that was taken down in Pomona, CA. 3-1/2 inch diameter by 11 tall. Thread was chased by hand using a home-made tool.
It took about an hour to make the thread full depth... Hundreds of passes since the inital groove -- which I carved in free-hand with a V-bit on my trim router -- was pretty shallow. I did the inital work green, then 8 weeks later I came back and finished it. Lots of sanding. Thanks everyone for the comments! The finish is Rockler Maloof oil/varnish, 3 coats, followed by Maloof oil/wax, 3 coats.
