Big Blue Bowl

After turning this very clean piece of cherry, I felt that the depth initially appeared too great for the diameter. Thus the reason for the color, gradating from Caribbean blue on the lower section to deep blue near the rim. The effect worked for me. The dimensions are almost 5" high by well over 13" round. The finish is a satin polyurethane.
Thanks for the comments! I should taken a photo of the bowl prior to adding the blue, same angle. It may have provide an interesting comparison.
