Box Elder Burl Bowl HF

Another Box Elder Burl Hollow Form. This one was fun to turn with the bark pocket, had to tape it to keep it from spreading apart.

Nice piece of wood too (especially the bark edge).
 
nicely done, could you elaborate a little on "had to tape it to keep it from spreading apart." with an opening that large how did your keep your tool from catching on the tape, (tape different parts at a time??turn where no tape but supported???) second time i looked at it, looks better each time i look at it
