Cherry fluted bowl

12" x 6" Cherry

The method I use involves a setup using a universal cinncinati indexing head with a jig I set set up and I can't think of how I can describe it. All I can do is photograph it and post it in the near future. It does involve a holder for a router with a large round bit. Than I cut the piece in incraments , aroud 5 with this piece, then a lot of hand carving. But in essance I am connecting the dots. Sorry i am not a very discriptive writer. Keep looking I will post it soon...Ray
Lovely piece. You did a very nice job on the flutes. The crisp edges compliment the wood. I always liked your Mango bowl, but I like this even more.
