I adore wood with all it's color and grain, but my shelves were looking horribly brown & round. I decided I needed bold color, so I made this piece. Through fluted HF .
Quite a departure from your other postings.

I like color used as an accent and I prefer to be able to clearly see that the piece is wood. However, this piece is striking! Excellent composition and form.
