Hickory Natural Edged Bowl

Hickory Natural Edged Bowl

Hickory Natural edged bowl. Pretty tough stuff, saved from the firewood pile. About 8" wide X 4" tall. Finished with Tung Oil and Beall buffed.
Thanks for looking and all comments welcome, Don L.
Thanks guys!

Hi Odie, I roughed this out wet, then thoroughly wet it down with "Turners Choice" by Cedarcide. Let it sit for a week and then finish turned it. This works well for me with most woods (but not Gum, for example).

Thanks again, Don L.
