Lacewood with Maple Ribbons

About 10"d. x 6"t Lacewood(Leopord Wood, depends on who you ask) with a Maple ribbon.
Segmented, ring cut by hand.
Excellent work. Interesting stave design. I like the unusual foot. Personally I'd prefer the top maple ring be just a bit lower so that it doesn't intersect the rim. Is this a ringmaster creation?
 
This is a very cool design, and shows excellent workmanship!
