To my eye it would be hard to get much closer to perfection than this. Beautiful wood, lovely shape, good balance.

I'm with chuck, the form is very well done. Especially where the lid meets the vessel. I would make two suggestions for slight improvements. Shine a second light onto your background to get rid of the shadow which distracts from your piece a little. And second the lower part of the finial would probably benefit from a smaller diameter of essentially the same shape to give it a more delicate appearance. But either way, very nicely done!
