The woods are horse chestnut, dark poplar, and (reddish) mahogany. About 11" dia. For me it was tricky joining the wood on an almost level, horizontal plane and keeping the wall thickness to a reasonable thickness. The mahogany and poplar have a coat of Minwax Antique Oil. When dry, the whole form got multiple coats of Deft. I'd appreciate comments.
