Walnut crotch bowl

I've had this blank for over a decade knowing I'd unpack the lathe at some point so here it is.

8" diameter, 4" tall. Walls are 3/8" thick but appears thicker due to the inward curved lip.

Tung oil and wax finish. Camera really struggled to photograph this one and the finish appears orangepeeled on my screen. You'd have to be a terrible wood finisher to actually get orangepeel on a hand rub oil finish. In real life it's silky smooth.
