14.75 " platter. I think the wood is especially lovely. As i get lost in the figure.

I regret to inform you all that at the time of posting the original pic. I had not
completed the bottom........Well The platter was still connected to my chuck on the
Underside and... yes I knocked it off my work bench and chipped a 2-3" x 1 /2" piece off
The rim....and cracked another rim piece..yes stupid me!!!!!

Right now I am considering to trim down about an 1.5" off the outside or gluing up as i was able to save all (2) chipped off pieces.....

Design change opportunity!!!!! And expletive opportunity also dag nabbit!!!!!!

hmmmm! I wss pretty happy with the design as it was
Before the floor demon grabbed it from my bench....

Presently I am punishing the floor and not sweeping up!!!!!
