Lionel, Not quite sure how you turned this piece but that is the magic and beauty of wood turning. I can just sit back and spend time looking at your work and really appreciating it. Beautiful piece. I love how the sap wood flows into the smaller branch. Great job!!
 
A beautiful piece of multi-axis turning, and especially blending the the areas together. . . BUT . . . shouldn't it be oak if you're going to put wine in it?
