... what do you for entertainment, break time, relaxation in your shop?
I turn wood during break time.
During work time I clean up the mess that I made during break time. My breaks are much longer than actual work.
I always have music going in the shop. My dog comes out so see me every now and then so we stop and play.
I have one of those! Best little dogs in the world!!Heh,heh,heh......Ol'Roy gets stuck between my teeth, so I usually just give it to the dogs!

Boy, I don't relax in my shop. Maybe because there's no heat or walls... Well occasionally I'll watch the birds or whales. In the summer I'll stroll down to the beach and take a nap. But all that could change when I build a new shop.
Keep rubbing it in
By far, you have the best shop view and location, I would probably spend most of my time napping on that view. Minus the snow and cold of course.
@odie I see you are a Johnny Horton fan also. I have an old computer in the shop with all of my cd's and old lp's digitized . Probably over 200 hours of nonstop music going thru my old Pioneer reciever and 2 Pioneer floor speakers on one end plus 2 Boston Acoustics speakers close to the lathe.
I don't know that anyone, especially me, gets caught up on honey do's.Also catch up on honey do's.
Actually, coastal Alaska is warmer than the interior or many places in the USA due to the Japan currents of warm, tropical air. Weather is odd- my parents lived in Reading, PA. It was warmer there by 10 degrees than in central NC; 32 vs. 22 degrees.Minus the snow and cold of course.
That's for sure Jerry!I don't know that anyone, especially me, gets caught up on honey do's.
Love you new lap top Odie.......I'm due for a new one myself...... mine still has Window's 8.
Yes, Johnny Horton was one of my favorites in my early youth! Still enjoy his music after all these years. I hadn't thought about what albums are visible in that photo, but I do see Jethro Tull, and I think another is Percy Sledge......can't make out the others.

I still have cassette tapes from days gone by. Anyone remember the 8 track tapes? My parents had a bunch of them. My favorite was the themes from Clint Eastwood's spaghetti westerns.
Moving up in the world!......my new (to me) full sized Dell laptop for the shop.
Sure does make those break times more enjoyable!
(Glad to get rid of that old Ipad.....gave it to Teen Challenge thrift store......good riddance!

Is this the same laptop? It looks like you might have added a Bluetooth keyboard.
Saw a robin yesterday. Could be the last one of spring before they are all gone North.Well now that the ice is going out on the lake I can step out and watch and listen to the trumpeter swans enjoying the open water and soon the loons will be back to serenade me.
