Blowing Smoke

The latest in my torus knot series. The torus knots are designated by two numbers, with the first being the number of times the edge passes through the hole of the torus, and the second being the number of times the edge makes a complete circuit around the circumference.

Torus knots all made from blister maple, bleached and finished with lacquer
3.25 x 1 3,4 torus knot
5.25 x 1.25 5,4 torus knot
7 x 1.5 7.4 torus knot
9 x 1.75 8,5 torus knot

Mouth carved from a 7 x 4 turned maple torus and colored with Acrylics
Base is maple and acrylics

Overall size is 9W x 18 L x 11 H
