This is another one just trying to play with how the different laminating ideas affect the outcome. Thanks to Micheal Mocho for these ideas.
Beautiful segmenting work John. Really like this Walnut laminated bowl. Very well done.
 
John, saw these on another forum, didn't have time to comment. This piece is really spectacular. Honestly, I'm usually not fond of segmented work...just a personal thing...but what you did with this really resonates with me. If this is an example of future segmented pieces, you may have won me over!!
 
John, on another forum you commented on the staggered lines on the outside, I like them. They give the illusion of the outside of the bowl being ridged. The randomness of the design is excellent.
