I had a few problems with this one. The grain match is not as good as I wanted. But the wood is just too pretty to have tossed it in the "lessons learned" box. I save every single piece that doesn't make it. You only get to see the ones that pass my final approval. I'm my worst critic. I have given awau=y boxes to visiting tourists. They pick up a box, to them looks perfect. Even after I explained what is wrong they want to buy it. I can't sell them if they are not perfect, so I make someone happy. This one is sitting on a Koa stand. Hand chased threads.
