Twisted 'S' Segmented Jar

This lidded, twisted, segmented jar was made using a 3-point, off-axis turning method. Wood is maple, padauk and cherry with black veneer highlights. The 'S' segmented design spans multiple segments (vertical staves) while maintaining its curve across the segments. Height is 5 inches, diameter is 4 1/2 inches and the finish is buffed Watco Oil.
