Gnome Army - Nurse Corps

Made for a friend's wife and her co-workers. Each has a cleverly concealed Nils bottle opener under their helmet and a "RN" challenge coin embedded into their shield. The quiver on their back holds a pencil or thermometer, the spear is the same diameter as the pencil therefore each nurse can "arm" their gnome to their liking.
