Thanks for the info Andi, I will have to look at buying some. Our $ just took a giant dive against yours. So I might wait a little while. Have you used tapered die sinking cutters? (Similar to burrs)
Hope you are enjoying your bird watching.
Regards
Glenn
Glenn - I've not tried the die cutters. If there's a website you can link, please do so. The bird watching is going great. I did some birding in Ireland a month ago and will do some in Nepal next May (that's assuming I'll be able to catch my breath!).
Hello Andi, You might remember Gordon Ward at the 2005 Collab. He 'swears' by the die sinking cutters. I have been wanting to buy some. There are various USA manufacturers see- http://www.menlo-usa.com/catalog/ProductDetail.aspx?pid=56
They come in various tapers and sizes and coatings, for industry.
I have tried to contact suppliers in USA to buy some but they seem reluctant. Perhaps unwilling to post a small quantity to Australia???
I am not surprised to hear you are busy. I hope you are well
Regards
Glenn
