Flame Box Elder Bowl

I love this stuff. Mother nature at her best. Spalted Box Elder!!! Approximately 4" x 7.5" and walls are 3/16" thick. "Pot belly" form and friction polished to a high gloss. Comments and critiques are always welcomed!

very nice

Leo I really like the shape. It shows off all the great qualities of the wood and has a form that would still be pleasing to view if it was absent of color. The bead at the top adds alot.

Dave
P.S. Again, thanks for the airport wood - Darn weight limits.

Thanks for the comments guys.
And Dave, I'm glad you were around. I really didn't want to have to throw some clothes away, cause I darn sure wasn't going to toss that chunk of marblewood in the trash. :D
