Flaming Twisted Bowl

This twisted shape was turned from a single piece of Box Elder using a multi-axis method for the top twisted section and an on-center approach for the bottom bowl. The flaming colors of the Box Elder and the carved twisted shapes on top suggest flames rising from the bowl. Finish is Watco oil, buffed on the Beall system. Height is 5 inches and diameter is 4 inches.
