Louisa Keyser: The "Unfinished Basket"
It was the last basket she worked on. It was around 90/95 % complete when she passed away in December 1925 and it accompanied her burial.
Dr. Marvin Cohodas of the University of British Columbia, who is well known for his research on Native American Basket Weavers, sent me this unique B&W picture of that basket. Thank you again Marvin!
