Mindless Madrone smalls

Madrone pieces turned wet and dried in microwave. The dark Madrone bowl is 5 inches across and 3 inches deep. Colored with Madrone Juice. Front Madrone bowl is natural coloring and 3 inches across and 2.5 tall.

Beautiful pieces!!!
How do you obtain madrone juice? Is it a tea made with shavings and chips or is it somehow collected directly from the wet wood? Perhaps its another method all together but I am very curious.
