Of Flattery

I had a hard time picking the right view of this piece. When I started creating this design, I was thinking about my relationship with my older brother when we were young. Now things have changed, but then I wanted to be just like him. This piece reflects that. If you look carefully, you may see why. I had no idea, until I started piercing it, that the result of this thematic idea would generate a strong reminder of Art Deco and Mid-Century copies of Art Deco work. What comes around....
This piece speaks Thomas. Even with the story behind it. It reflects many things but yet so simple but complex. Greta art piece!
