Padauk Twist

This twisted bowl was turned from a solid piece of Padauk using a 3-point off-axis method. Diameter is 5 inches and height is 3 inches. The finish is Watco Oil with buffing on the Beall system
Very nice! Makes me want to go out to the shop right now and try turning a similar shape...
 
Karl, I added another set of images to show how I used sacrificial extensions to the bowl blank to turn the desired twist. Brian
