Pierced Pyrographed Maple Vessel

Pierced Pyrographed Maple Vessel

I reorganized my shop and now have space to catch up on photographing some recent work. This is the fourth in my pierced maple series. The pyrographed bears and trees took up most of the space and didn't leave much room for piercing. The inside was airbrushed with silver and then tansparent caribbean blue airbrush paint. The hard maple vessel is again 3.5 inches diameter by 6 inches high. I decided to use polycrylic finish this time to preserve details in the pyrography.
