Been trying to get ahold of somebody from Clark, nobody answers the phone, nobody answers emails,
Am wanting to order a bunch of hardware from them but really not comfortable just blindly ordering a couple grand worth of stuff if i cant contact them,
Want a streamlined deep hollowing rig like their setup, dont really like the wide back stabilizing bars that some setups have and definitely dont want a square bar,
Thinking i just need to go old school and fabricate my own, trouble is, bu the time i ship everything out here it cost more than just buying a ready made rig!

I had a long visit with him at swat last year. He makes some incredible tools. I have his hollowing system and love it. Hopefully he is not having health issues.

Couple months ago, I ordered a riser for a steady rest. After a month with no word, I emailed, called twice and left messages. Finally, I called again but called Alex instead of the number listed at the top of the site and left a message. I got an email and a call back within a few hours. Keith said their website was "having issues" and he hadn't received any emails or voice mails either, for that matter.

Try calling Alex, his number can be found on the "Getting in touch" tab, scroll down about halfway. I really like their stuff. It's good quality. I would give them the benefit of the doubt and keep trying. You won't be disappointed.
