My 1946 Delta Milwaukee 12" lathe runs like new, except... the 4 step pulley on the headstock end of the idler shaft is giving out (#932 in the diagram below). The smallest pulley, which I need for slowest turning on large rounds, is no longer usable.
I know I'm looking for a needle in a haystack, but this is the website to look for something like this, right? Anyone?

Search step cone pulley and you’ll find lots of hits.

I usually find most of things like this I need at McMaster Carr and sure enough they had it.
