My 1946 Delta Milwaukee 12" lathe runs like new, except... the 4 step pulley on the headstock end of the idler shaft is giving out (#932 in the diagram below). The smallest pulley, which I need for slowest turning on large rounds, is no longer usable.
I know I'm looking for a needle in a haystack, but this is the website to look for something like this, right? Anyone?

MSC Industrial Supply
Grainger Industrial Supply

Are additional potential solutions.

Good luck
Thanks for the links. For the sake of anyone else reading this, MSC only seems to have 2 step, and Grainger pulleys cost 4x what I see elsewhere. The challenge is finding the steps that match the headstock so that the belt maintains tension. McMaster Carr looks like they'll have what I need - I need to go do some measuring...

You may find what you need on OWWM. They specialize in vintage American made machinery. Someone on there may have what you are looking for.

I found what appears to be the exact original on e-bay for a good price. I'll check out the link and save it for future reference, though. Thanks.
