My name is Heath and I’ve been woodworking on and off most of my life. A lot of my interest came from my dad 40+ years ago. I took some woodworking classes a few years ago and found that I’m pretty good at it and really enjoy my shop time. I’m very fortunate to have a basement shop during the cold northern Illinois winters. I make mostly square things and wanted to try my hand at round things, so I bought a Laguna midi lathe a few weeks ago. I still need lots of practice, but I’ve been enjoying myself.
