One thing, why can't I make the vase with lid expand?
Probably because I made the original pic small and inserted it at the actual size.
Here's the pic INSERTED slightly larger, but sized about the same to insertion into the message. I should expand a bit when clicked.
And just for fun, here's the full piece as well. Eastern Red Cedar. The mouth is large enough to feel the inside is smooth as satin. I could have sold this numerous times - it stays on my shelf. I have more cedar drying - might make some variations.
BTW, I reduce the size and edit almost every image for forums, email, and documents. Trivial with Photoshop. High res images with a zillion pixels are not usually needed except for magazine covers or large prints - when I actually worked for a living I'd often generate and print things LARGE!
I made this for the ground-breaking ceremony for a $2-billion project now in operation. The US VP Al Gore and several senators were present along with scientists and manager reps from all of the contributing national labs.
In case anyone is interested:
This is a DVD cover for a semiannual construction update of the project, full of photos and videos and progress.
I processed many 1000s of video stills (from fixed and rotating cameras I had mounted on poles) to make time-lapse construction videos, panoramas, and photos I shot from a helicopter. I made 3d models, renderings, and animations that went to the US Congress to help convince them to not pull funding and shut us down. It worked - the complete facility was built and in used now by scientists from all over the world.
'Twas a wonderful 6-year gig.
