Hello, My name is Mauricio Kolenc and I`m a professional turner from Montevieo, Uruguay. I`ve been turning for 27 years now (and teaching woodturning in my shop for 14 years). Although I have personal preferences, in order to make a living out of turning lead me to learn different aspects of the trade, from spindles to bowls and hollow forms. Also chess making, boxes and hand thread chasing. I will be demonstrating in the AAW Louisville symposium next june so it would be very nice if you come and say hello!10.jpg

Greetings from Tennessee, Mauricio! I will be attending the AAW symposium, and I have your demo down on my tentative schedule. Looking forward to it!

Howdy and welcome from Texas! Very nice hollow form. Looking forward to seeing more of your work.

Hi Mauricio, Truly enjoyed your Thread Chasing demonstration at the AAW symposium. Towards the end (of the video demonstration) you mentioned that you make and sell the Tool Rest tool. Is there a website that you have listing your tools? Very much interested in acquiring one of these tools from you. Been browsing ebay looking for antique chasing tools. Found some individual (internal or external) but no sets. Will keep looking. Thank you!
