You're right, the current supplier site in not good. It's not inclusive and it is a work in progress. We will be introducing a new inclusive version soon.
I'm not sure what is happening on your homepage and apologize for the problem. You indicated that a paragraph of something covers up the login. I'm not sure I can visualize the issue since we have not had other reports of this problem and it is not happening on my PC. Would you be willing to send me a screen shot of what you are seeing?
