Nicholas, you should consider a true Rose engine lathe like the MDF or the Mandala that Dale mentioned.

The Nova one has a very small user base (if any), and Teknatool no longer sells it. Getting help or spare parts would be difficult. By the way, one sold for $650 on the this forum in 2020.
