I use it in Oneway chucks, but as long as the space at the center of the four jaws is wide enough to accommodate the tang when the jaws are about 1/8" from closed it will work fine.

I welded some (whatever thickness, can't remember) slats on the thin end of the mount side to fit into a Vicmarc chuck, works great for it now because I have a positive register on at least one side to center the spur into the chuck which enables a center for the point.
