Another piece of fire wood

A piece of Water oak that was for fire wood, but got rescued from the stove. Has some bark intrusion on the bottom along with some burl mixed in it also. The piece is 2 1/2 inches high and 8 inches wide, wall thickness is 3/16 thick. Used wood grain filler then high gloss wipe-on-poly.

Thanks. Go find some tree trimmers and see if you can get some wood from them, then bring them a bowl. I use a table top photo booth to shot pictures of my pieces in.
