Grey Chenille

Turned magnoila vase 13x9x9. Covered in multiple layers of grey gesso and acrylic inside and out. On the exterior layers of ocre, yellow and other colors have been done inbetween the layers of grey. All of the iris' are hand drawn. Texturing is completed with an NSK in two direction covering the vessel. It is cut back to the yellow layers to give the appearance of Chenille fabric.
