Reclaimed oak flooring segmented vase

16" high, made from reclaimed oak flooring. Took 2 sets of planer blades to process the stock; never again. Thanks to Malcolm Tibbetts for the book and videos.
My photographer took the time to accent the one (!) open joint in the piece. I should have re-made that ring.
