Wedding goblet

Done in cherry, finished with Lacquer
Very nice proportions and connected rings.

How did you keep the rings from sticking during finishing?

Thanks Joe, it was not easy, with the goblet still on the lathe, mask the rings and spray the bowl and upper stem, let it dry, move the rings to the other end, and spray the base and lower stem, then mask the stem, suspend one ring with a thread and use an artist brush to apply the lacquer, let it dry reposition and do the other half, a couple times for each ring.
