The chuck is probably an original Super Nova.There was a machinist in the UK that made replacement keys on a limited basis for around $80.You can get a Supernova 2 on sale for around $120.
There was a small company in England selling them pre-covid. Last I heard he was selling to a bigger firm. I will see if I can follow up and find them.
I have a SuperNova (not 2) chuck with Jaws, Chuck Key, and 1-1/4 x 8 insert. $115. If you are interested, send your e-mail and I will send pics. This is not the exact chuck but shows the type of chuck and key.
