Boxelder
Great job! I love the look of box elder. I have a lot of big rough cut blocks of the stuff with a lot of red streaks in it but do not have a lathe big enough to turn it or a bandsaw to cut it into usable pieces. I'm just getting started in turning and have a small mini-lathe, and a chain saw and the wife says no more fancy power tools until I can justify the expense of what I've already spent.
