Something different. 20"x12", Maple and Mahogany. Finished in Poly. I don't know if the photo shows it but it has a animal feel. Maybe a beaver or some type of fish. Coil thickness is about 3/8". Lots of movement. Comments always welcome.
Cool Gary! I feel like I'd like to play with it. It's hard to tell from the photo if it is segmented or if it is a single piece of wood; which is it? I'm not sure I like the dark rib of wood acting as the base. I think it is detracting from the coil a bit. Maybe something in a lighter tone would be preferable? Just a thought.
