Double helix

Double helix made from a stave glue up with grain direction along helices. Rough turned, cut in two half cylinders and then the helices cut on the bandsaw with a jig. One of the helices in the double helix shifted half a segment to get brick lay pattern. Oak with walnut veneer spacings. 13x9 cm
