Genko Twist

This 10-inch tall vase was turned off center on the upper sections to generate the twist. Three Genko leaves were carved and colored in the top rim to add a splash of color and interest. A glass insert was added to the vase so that it can hold water and flowers. My best guess at the wood type is figured Maple. Finish is Watco oil.
